Olmert Channels, Carter as Uber-Putz, A Tutu for Beit Hanoun

Olmert Channels
Continuing on his winning strategy (see yesterday's blog entry), PM Olmert has now branched out into military expertise by dutifully ignoring all the military's warnings, and going full-bore with the ceasefire, all the while admitting he was "a little disappointed" about the few new Kassams that fell on Sderot. The sounds coming from the terrorist's lairs were said to resemble laughter on par with seeing the new movie, "Borat". Indeed, not content to merely vocalize the terrorists into fits of laughter, the PM has apparently decided to channel Stan Laurel for the full visual effect, according to expert medical observers. See the photo below.

This of course begs the question of whether Amir Peretz can learn to play Oliver Hardy, at least phonetically. Stay tuned.

Carter as Uber-Putz
Proving the myth that some people of US Southern extraction came into being as a result of humans mating buffalos (Oh, that was Billy? Sooorry), and that he is indeed a card carrying lying Jew-hater (no, not anti-Semite, as there are other semitic races other than Jews that Jimmy thinks are swell) former US President and Nobel Prize winner (you just can't make this stuff up!!) Jimmy Carter put aside his admitted thoughts of lust to promote his new book of lies and blood-libel against Israel with a sycophantic Larry King playing the all-too-willing foil. See
Video: Carter blames Israel for failure of roadmap, denies he’s anti-Israel.

Does peanut farming increase senility? The world may never know and may never care.

A Tutu for Beit Hanoun
Showing true lack of bias as well as new-found objectivity, the UN is sending African Archbishop and reknowned Israel-hater Desmond (Israel=Apartheid) Tutu (get the feeling there's a theme in this post?) on a fact-finding mission regarding the IDF shelling accident last week. Hmm, we could save them lots of time, money and anti-Israel headlines by forwarding them Feiglin's post of November 15. See www.jewishisrael.org/views/feiglin/67/feiglin_6704.htm

And you all thought the UN Human Rights Commisiion was beyond rehabilitation and couldn't get any lower!!

Just as a stopped clock can be right twice a day, some of what Olmert and America are doing these days may actually work, if not on purpose. It's certainly true that despite all his idiotic rhetoric about giving up land, Olmert has had a free hand to kill far more of our enemies than Sharon did in his reign, and hasn't given any more land back, tho not from lack of trying.

Likewise, America's Iraq invasion just might lead to a positive outcome. A pullout from Iraq, it seems, will likely lead to Saudi Arabia intervening to protect Sunnis, Iran intervening to help Shiites, and Turkey intervening to screw over the Kurds. When Muslims are that busy killing each other, they won't have any ability to hurt Israel, and eventually enough of them will die that they'll get tired of war.

I don't know how long it will take-- but not so unlike Jews, Muslims are their own worst enemy. We should encourage America to leave and let them do their worst-- to each other!

When Olmert said he was "a little dissapointed" as opposed to very dissapointed or a stronger phrase, it only shows that he was not taken by surprise at the Kassam attacks. What is criminal here is that he obviously expected the Palestinians to break the ceasefire, although, perhaps not so soon. In an effort to look good towards the likes of James Baker, Scowcroft, et al Olmert was willing to take a gamble with Israeli lives. Luckily there were no Jewish casualties. Could that be the real reason why the PM was "a little dissapointed?!?"

His criminal behaviour and laughable remarks remind me of the equally callous utterances of his number 2 man, Shimon Peres. When Rabin was still around and when he himself became Israel's PM through inheritance, Peres explained away every terrorist victim as a "sacrifice for peace." No wonder these two are such good friends...

I enjoyed this article. Who is the author? I see it was posted by the EDITOR. Is this actually FEIGLIN? Who is JASON GOLD?

Jason Gold-Editor said...

No, It's not Feiglin. I'm the editor and just a guy who knows that Israel desperately needs Jewish Leadership.

To Jason: If by "JEWISH LEADERSHIP"
you are referring to Feiglin's "Manhigut Yehudit" group in the Likud, then I would appreciate it if you would explain to me how they (you) can remain in a party (the Likud) whose platform (as I indicated in a previous comment) is no different than Labor's or Olmert's...Palestinian state, destruction of Judea/Samaria yisuvim, etc. I know that Feiglin has said that the Likud is the party of "Am (the people of )Israel", but Am Israel has no influence in the party's policies, as was proven when the entire party leadership and most of its Knesset list went back on the results of the party-members' Referendum on Gush Katif, WHICH THEY THEMSELVES PROMISED TO FOLLOW!

The leadership of the Likud, like that of the other parties only cares about carrying out the orders of the post-Zionist oligarchy that controls Israel (who can give them or their relatives lucrative jobs, put money in their pockets or put them on trial on trumped-up charges). The "people" have no say whatsoever in the party-political system that exists today in Israel.

Jason,

First of all, yasher koach on the new blog. Second, I saw this article on The American Thinker and thought it would be good campaign fodder for Moshe and MY. He (Moshe) is the only one today who has the guts to stand up to James Baker.

To bar_kochba132:

Your point is very well taken and I have had this discussion with Moshe in the past. Yet, bear in mind several things. First, if Moshe bolted to start his own party, no one would really take him seriously anymore. He would wind up like Marzel and Eidelberg (2 good men to be sure whom I respect) but got zilch in the last election in a tiny insignificant party. Second, now that Kadima has been good enough to take out most of the Likud trash and that the Likud central committee has been basically rendered impotent, Moshe now stands on his own to the mass Likud electorate (where his popularity as an "Ish Yashar" has been rising)and not having to deal with the slime of the committee where he would have had to sell out in order to get even a seat. And lastly, it is only as head of a major party can someone like Moshe challenege and unite the dysfunctional right into one big faith-based block. Don't confuse the bad leadership that the Likud has had (Bibi, Sharon) with the people in there who now have a chance for change. Unfortuntely, you can only change a corrupt system by either revolution or from the inside or both. We'll see.
