The Shamrak Report: Nothing Would have been Enough and more....

by Moshe Dann
The “peace process” between Israel and the Arabs, touted as part of a “two state” plan, failed not because of disagreements over settlements and boundaries, but because of a basic false assumption: that Palestinianism could be fulfilled in a Palestinian state alongside Israel. It failed not because Israel did not give enough, but because nothing would have been enough...
This is because the issue was not about Palestine, but Palestinianism...
The dispute is not over territory, but ideology – Palestinianism, the basis of their nearly hundred-year war against Zionism and the State of Israel, the national historic homeland of the Jewish People. For Arabs, Palestinians, and most Muslims, that struggle is jihad against the infidel.
Since a “peace process” requires Arabs to give up their opposition to a Jewish state, it contradicts their basic principles and historic mission. While some might make temporary concessions, the goal is the same. It explains not only why the “peace process” failed, but why that failure was and is inevitable.
The primary goal of Palestinian nationalism is to wipe out the State of Israel, not to legitimize its existence.
Any form of Palestinian statehood, therefore, that accepts Israeli sovereignty in what Muslims believe is land stolen by Jews, and a presence that defies Muslim supremacy is, by their definition, heretical. That is clearly evident in the PLO Covenant and Hamas Charter...
A sustainable peace must be regional, involving other Arab countries and the absorption and integration of Arab “refugees” and their descendants. Based on false and misleading assumptions, the Oslo agreements actually made real peace impossible by not linking promises to performance.
We need to return to reality and leave dreamy visions and hype where they belong.
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
I would like to ask two questions those of you, who naively that “the Jordanian option” is a solution to the conflict between Israel and her enemies. Please, be honest, at least to yourself:
1.    Why do you really thing king of Jordan will allow any of so-called Palestinians into his country and put his position at risk?
2.    Do you really think they will move voluntarily from Judea, Samaria, Gaza, Lebanon. Syria. Iraq etc... to Jordan and will give up the ‘freebies’ they received from the UN (the 4th generation already)?
I have looked at all possible options. I have been considering Jewish rights to our ancestral land, history and international laws, and humane way to implement a change to normalise life in Israel and even lives of our enemies. In my opinion, “the Sinai Option” is most viable of them! Israel must be ready to implement it when the opportunity is presented – it will be soon!

The United States said it will relocate its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem in May, bringing forward the contested move to coincide with the Jewish state's 70th birthday - and enraging fake Palestinians. "In May, the United States plans to open a new US embassy in Jerusalem. The opening will coincide with Israel's 70th anniversary," said Heather Nauert, State Department spokeswoman. (Will Jewish critics of President Trump shut up now? Most of them have never cared much about Zionist separations of Jewish people!)
2,700-year-old seal discovered in Jerusalem near seal of King Hezekiah. Item may have belonged to biblical prophet Isaiah, who lived during the eighth century BCE and prophesized about the return of the Jews from the Babylonian exile.
MK Sharren Haskel (Likud) toured Samaria together with Swedish parliamentarian Magnus Oscarsson and the mayor of the Swedish town of Ödeshög, Annikki Oscarsson. Mayor Oscarsson said, "This is a new experience for us to see with our own eyes Jews and Palestinians working together in Samaria. This is not the picture that is painted in Sweden..."
In a win for Justice Minister Shaked, opponents of judicial activism Alex Stein and Ofer Grosskopf elected to Supreme Court. Shaked said that "This is a day of celebration for the Israeli legal world, and outstanding candidates have been chosen, people of differing cultural backgrounds and unique and varied lifestyles." (Shaked is draining the anti-Zionist 'swamp' of Israel's legal system!)
Israel is currently holding talks with 10 different nations over the possible relocation of their embassies from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. "We are opening up to new markets in Latin America, we are strengthening ties in Asia with powers like China and India, and working to continue to strengthen our alliances and existing friendships, as well as new strategic partners in the Middle East.” Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely said.
Israel drops to 32 on corruption index. The index ranks 180 countries in the world giving them a score and a rank which express the perception of corruption in the public sector.
Israel has successfully tested the country's advanced missile defense system capable of defending against ballistic missile threats outside the atmosphere. Arrow-3 is part of the multi-layered system Israel is developing to defend against both short- and mid-range rockets fired from the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, as well as Iran's long-range missiles. It includes Iron Dome, David's Sling, and the Arrow-2 systems. (No other country needs so much defence capability - you know why!)
US envoy to the UN Nikki Haley announces in Chicago she thinks the Trump administration is 'finishing up' a draft Mideast peace proposal which also 'won’t be hated by either side;' remains vague on whether it centers on a two-state solution, but says it’s a matter for Israel and the Palestinians to decide. (It is well-known that both sides will not compromise, because they have non-reconcilable goals! Israel’s aim is creating the Jewish state; enemies of Jews have destruction of Israel in mind!)
IDF and police forces evicted the Jewish community of Eviatar in Samaria. The community was established in 2016 in memory of 31-year-old Eviatar Borovsky, who was murdered in a stabbing terror attack at the Tapuach Junction five years ago. IDF is accused of coordinating the expulsion with their Arab neighbours!
Many Threats of War Coming from the Enemies
1. A senior Iranian official, Mohsen Rezayee - Secretary of Iran’s “Expediency Council", threatened to “level Tel Aviv” if Israel were to take military action against Iran.
2. Lebanon's army chief, General Joseph Aoun, vows to confront "Israeli aggression". Lebanon signed its first contract to drill for oil and gas off its coast with a consortium comprising energy giants Total, ENI and Novatek, including in a block disputed by Israel. (So who is war-mongering, firing rockets at Israel, and escalating the tension?)
Although the first deadline has passed for 200 illegal infiltrators from Eritrean to choose between deportation and imprisonment, the Population Immigration and Border Authority are not taking any action to implement the decisions. Currently 600 illegal infiltrators have been given notice that they must decide between deportation and imprisonment. An additional 400 asylum seekers who came to renew their visas in Bnei Brak were also notified.
A group of 52 Arabs, residents of the Palestinian Authority, who needed costly medical evaluations in order to apply for compensations following a court ruling finding the PA guilty of torturing them, turned to fifteen different human rights organizations for support but were rejected by 13 of them.
Information from Israeli intelligence helped to prevent the downing of a passenger jet. "The Israeli intelligence services thwarted the downing of an Australian plane, an unimaginable slaughter," Netanyahu said. An Australian government minister confirmed Israeli help in finding the attack suspects. Information provided by Unit 8200 - which gathers and analyzes intelligence using sophisticated information technology - led to the arrest of two IS militants who were working "toward the execution of the attack," the army said.

1. A group of Israelis have built the first ever milk farm in Papua New Guinea. Israeli construction, agriculture & water tech provides fresh milk.
2. There are over 350 multinational firms currently engaging with Israeli innovation one way or the other. Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Google, Facebook, Alibaba, Intel, Oracle, Samsung, and Baidu are all snapping up Israeli startups, engineers, and whiz kids in their race to lead the next generation in market share, innovation, and straight-up technical genius.
QUOTE of the WEEK:
“A year ago, I started the move to reshape the Supreme Court with the appointment of 4 judges. Today the move has ended with the appointment of another 2. They are part of the move to return the Supreme Court to its most important role: the interpretation of the norm determined by the legislature and not its replacement." - Justice Minister, Ayelet Shaked - For too long Israel’s legal system has been controlled by anti-Zionist leftist elite, with complete disregard for the rule of law, as well as will and needs of the Jewish people for creation of the Jewish State!
Abbas is a Delusional Revisionist of History!
by Steven Shamrak
Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas urged the United Nations Security Council in a long address, full of all usual rhetoric, to continue to fund UNRWA and to forcibly hand over half of Jerusalem to Ramallah.
“The US violated international law with its decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel,” Abbas said.
He also said, among the many other things: We are the descendants of the Canaanites that lived in the land of Palestine 5,000 years ago and continuously remained there to this day. Our great people remain rooted in their land..." What have happened to their usual claim that they are descendents of Palestinians? Abbas has a doctorate in history, he should know better! Although, it would be prudent to remind that his doctoral thesiswas on Holocaust denial, and it was obtained in the USSR – not long after KGB helped Arabs create the fake Palestinian nation in 1964!
I agree with him on one point, that "The British Government bears responsibility for the catastrophic consequences inflicted on the Palestinian people as a result." But the UK was helping Arabs and neighbouring Muslims to prevent create of the Jewish state! The British did their anti-Semitic best! They ceded off the Palestinian mandate, which was allocated by the League of Nations for creation of “Eretz-Israel”, 82 percent of its territory. In addition, they had instigated Arab pogroms/uprisings against the Jewish population, first in Trans-Jordan, to facilitate transfer of Jews. They also prevented Jews from arming themselves, at the time when ‘friendly’ neighbours received their independence and created arm forces, with the help of the US and France, – and they were ready to destroy newly established Jewish state!
The second Abbas finished delivering his address he ran away! He did not want to hear any of the responses, as is customary when an important issue is raised in the UN forum.
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that PA leader Mahmoud Abbas had nothing new to say. “Abbas said nothing new,” Netanyahu scoffed. “He continues to run away from peace and continues to pay terrorists and their families $347 million.” Abbas speech to the United Nations Security Council was a much-anticipated speech, but what a waste of time, as usual!
The Palestinian leadership has a choice to make between two different paths. There is the path of absolutist demands, hateful rhetoric, and incitement to violence. That path has led, and will continue to lead, to nothing but hardship. The anther path is to realised that they will not get control of any Jewish land they occupy, and start looking for an alternative – the Sinai Option is the best, in my opinion!
You can choose to denounce the United States, reject the US role in peace talks, and pursue punitive measures against Israel in international forums like the UN. I assure you that path will get the Palestinian people exactly nowhere toward the achievement of their aspirations.
Putting forward old talking points and entrenched and undeveloped concepts achieves nothing. That approach has been tried many times, and has always failed. After so many decades, we welcome new thinking...
Our negotiators are sitting right behind me, ready to talk. But we will not chase after you. The choice, Mr. President, is yours.” – said Nikki Haley, the United States Ambassador to the United Nations.
Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations slammed Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas: “You have made it clear, with your words and with your actions, that you are no longer part of the solution. You are the problem.”
