Acting in the aftermath of the fighting in Gaza, a United Nations human rights body in Geneva approved a far-ranging inquiry into Israel s actions. Israel denounced the decision as a one-sided sham.
It was the third time in seven years that the Human Rights Council in Geneva had decided to name such a panel, but this one differed in two important respects:
It is ongoing, meaning the panel can pursue the inquiry indefinitely. That gives it a degree of permanence akin to investigative bodies documenting atrocities in Syria and Myanmar. ( Fat chance)
And, the commission is not limited to looking just at hostilities in Gaza and the West Bank, rather has been charged with examining all underlying root causes of recurrent tensions, instability and protraction of conflict, including systematic discrimination and repression based on national, ethnic, racial or religious identity.
Although the commission could theoretically investigate human rights violations by all parties, the resolution creating it does not mention Hamas or other Palestinian militant groups. Critics who opposed the resolution said it lacked balance.
Israel swiftly denounced what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called a shameful decision and criticized it for not acting against Hamas. He said, an immoral automatic majority at the council whitewashes a genocidal terrorist organization that deliberately targets Israeli civilians while turning Gaza s civilians into human shields.
It is the first time that the UNHRC created a permanent fact-finding mission with respect to any UN member state. The UNHRC already calls annually for an arms embargo against Israel. (The true "underlying root" of the conflict is: Fake Palestinians are occupying Jewish land and wish to destroy Israel! It is nice to see that even the NY Times acknowledged the UN's bias against Israel by noting that "the resolution creating it does not mention Hamas or other Palestinian militant groups!)
UNRWA Apologized to Hamas for Telling the Truth
Matthias Schmale, the director of UNRWA in the Gaza Strip, apologized for telling Israel s Channel 12 that most targets attacked by Israel were not civilian. Schmale also told the Israeli TV channel that during the 11 days of fighting, we did not run out of food, water, and supplies, which would have happened if the border crossings had not been opened. That s a borderline show of gratitude for the Zionist occupiers who, despite being shelled by Hamas and Islamic Jihad rockets and mortars, continued to show compassion for the civilian population. Hamas demanded an apology and called on the UN to prevent the recurrence of similar cases as well as to take measures against those who made this serious mistake.

Make no mistake, our enemies began conducting a campaign of terror and extermination of Jews from the Middle East even before Israel was created! They had begun it before their Nazi allies took over Europe. If you think that transfer of the enemy population, which supports Hamas and Fatah genocidal plan of extermination of Jews, to Sinai or Muslim/Arab countries is inhuman and in violation of an international law, which only applies to Israel, ask yourself a question what would they do to Jews if they were able take over Israel? (Just be honest it is not a public appeasement moment!
Daughter of Hamas chief Treated in Israel
Ichilov Hospital announced that the daughter of Ismail Haniyeh, the leader of the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza and deputy head of the organization's political bureau, had been treated at the medical center. She has been hospitalized at the Tel Aviv hospital for more than a month and also stayed there during Operation Guardian of the Walls, when Hamas fired over 4,000 rockets at Israel. She "is one in more than a thousand patients from Gaza and the territories, children and adults, who come for treatment every year at Ichilov Hospital." (They could go to Egypt and Jordan for treatment. Does the PA pay their medical bills?)
US Consulate in Jerusalem is an Insult to Israel!
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu informed US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that Israel opposes the reopening of a US consulate for Palestinians in sovereign Israel, hours before the US went public with its plan to do so in Jerusalem. Blinken did not specify where in Jerusalem the new consulate would be, and he is not sure what the time-frame will be on reopening the consulate. (This announcement was made without having the agreement of the host country it is a slap in the face. Why don't they open a consulate in Gaza?)
Psychological First Aid Requests spiked
ERAN, an Israeli non-profit that provides what it calls psychological first aid, received 7,200 hotline calls during the recent flare-up of violence in Israel. That was more than twice as many as the hotline typically gets, a testimony to the deep fear and anxiety that gripped Israelis during the recent conflict with Gaza and the internal tensions between Jewish and Arab Israelis that accompanied it. (The government of Israel is able but unwilling to resolve this conflict decisively!)
Iran Keeps IAEA in the Dark for 3 Months!
The United Nations nuclear watchdog said it had struck a deal with Iran to cushion the blow of Tehran's plans to end snap site inspections, with both sides agreeing to keep "necessary" monitoring for up to three months.
IAEA Sent Warning to Israel
Rafael Grossi, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, called Iran's uranium enrichment programme "very concerning"! "A country enriching at 60 percent is a very serious thing - only countries making bombs are reaching this level," Grossi told a newspaper. "Sixty percent is almost weapons grade, commercial enrichment is 2, 3 (percent)." (With the Biden administration in the White House, Israel has only one choice of action to prevent a Nuclear Holocaust nobody else will!)
Quote of the Week:
"We have at least 10,000 martyrs in Israel who will each take a knife to stab, or a vehicle to run over, or a Molotov cocktail or a gasoline tank to burn forests. We have 500 km of tunnels and Israel has destroyed only 100 km of them. We will be able to restore everything in a few days. If you want to stay in existence for a long time, you should stay away from al-Aqsa and Jerusalem" - Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar threatened Israel - Only by removing Hamas and supporting it enemy population from Gaza the rockets will stop falling on Israel.
The Speech Netanyahu Should Have Made
(FaceBook post source unknown)
It would have been a wonderful speech, made by a true leader of the Jewish nation! UNFORTUNATELY, the Prime Minister Netanyahu did not make it. Bibi has missed another opportunity to start implementing the "Sinai Option".
To Ismail Haniya, and the leaders and operatives of Hamas:
We, the people of Israel, owe you a huge debt of gratitude. You have succeeded where we have failed. Because never before, in the history of the modern State of Israel, has the Jewish people been so united, like one person with one heart. Everyone in Israel - from Left to Right, secular and religious - is united in the knowledge that there is no accommodating an enemy that is sworn to the genocide of our people.
And now, as you continue to launch deadly missiles indiscriminately, intended to maim and murder as many civilians as possible, while you take cowardly refuge behind your own civilians, you continue to inspire us to hold strongly onto our unity. Whatever disputes we Jews may have with each other, we now know that we have one common goal: to defeat you.
But we are offering you now one last chance. Within 24 hours, all rocket fire - and I mean all rocket fire - will cease. Completely and Forever.
I give you formal notice that our tanks are massed at the Gaza border, with artillery and air support at the ready. We have already dropped leaflets over the northern parts of the Gaza strip, warning civilians of our impending arrival, and that they should evacuate southward, forthwith. If you fail to meet our ultimatum, we are coming in, and, with God's help, this time we will not leave. Every centimetre of land that we conquer will be annexed to Israel , so that there will never be another attack launched at our civilians from there.
If you continue to attack our citizens, we will continue to roll southwards, driving you out of territory that you will never again contaminate with your evil presence.
It pains me deeply that your civilians will be made homeless. But we did not choose this war; you did. And if our choice is between allowing our citizens to be targeted mercilessly by your genocidal savagery, versus turning your civilians into refugees, I regret that we must choose the latter. If only you loved your people as much as you hate ours, these wars would never have happened.
To the rest of the world: Israel has tired of your ceaseless chidings that we should "show restraint" or act proportionately . When you have your entire population under constant missile fire from an implacable enemy whose stated goal is the murder of every man, woman and child in your land, then you may come and talk to us about "restraint". Until then, we respectfully suggest that you keep your double standards to yourselves. This time, Hamas has gone too far, and we will do whatever we have to in order to protect our population.
Hamas, once again, I thank you for bringing our people together with such clarity of mind and unity of purpose. The people of Israel do not fear the long road ahead. Am Yisrael Chai.

For the sake of the future of Likud party, Israel and the Jewish Zionist aspirations Netanyahu must step down! Yes, during his many years as PM he has done a lot for economic growth of Israel, but in the process he, to secure his leadership, pushed out many talented leaders from Likud, and effectively abandoned the Zionist ideology the party was founded on, as well as transformed party into his personal dictatorship! During the last year, using the emergency of Covid-19, his dictatorship has expanded over all population of Israel freedom of choice and democratic rights of individuals were cancelled and squashed! Israel urgently needs new Zionist leadership to decisively defeat our enemies, reclaim and reunite our land, shut up international anti-Semites, and move the country forward!
