I say that it will not work and we must liberate the West from Islam fist!
One would like to think that reforming Islam is possible but that attempt itself has gotten many Muslims killed throughout history. Any true Muslim reformer worth his salt will be anti-Jihad anyway - but not now! Unfortunately, most Muslim governments, organizations and communities are silently support violent invasion of Jihadism to the West!
It's difficult to imagine Islam without jihad. It must be made clear that living in the west entails separation of church and state. It's up to them to deal with it in any way they like or return to their ‘Islamist’ heaven!

Quite often I see postings: "ISRAEL HAS THE RIGHT TO DEFEND ITSELF". I am sure they are made with good intentions. But could people stop stating the obvious? All countries have this right! Why single out Israel? I understand "passion for this", but we need to stop apologizing for our existence! And assume our rightful role - defeat the enemies of Israel, remove occupiers of Jewish land from Eretz-Israel and show 'the finger' to all anti-Semite. Only then will others stop questioning the legitimacy of the Jewish state!

"This significant expansion of the settlement activity poses a serious and growing threat to the viability of a two-state solution," said White House spokesman Josh Earnest. (Judea and Samaria are part of Jewish land, Eretz-Israel. What peace? Two-state solution is an anti-Semitic international fiction!)
No Need to Inform and Consult the US
The Turkish military drive into Syria caught US off guard! When Turkish ground forces delivered a lightning strike on Islamic State fighters in Syria last week, the Pentagon hailed what it described as close US-Turkish co-ordination. But behind the scenes, co-operation between the NATO partners broke down at senior levels. Turkey decided to clear rival Syrian Kurdish elements out of the conflict zone first instead of Islamic State. (Action or inaction of Turkish Islamic government clearly indicate that it is not a friend of the US, NATO or Israel!)

Israeli District Court ruled that Jews commit a crime when they enter without prior arrangement with security forces an area where their lives would be in danger due to Arab violence. (Instead of removing violent, terrorist population Israel’s self-hating legal system is posing restriction on Jewish movement on Jewish land!)

Abbas Decries Pressure
Abbas has refused to meet with Netanyahu until Israel agrees to a total freeze of settlement construction and to the release of a fourth batch of Palestinian and Israeli Arab prisoners. “Our relations with everyone must be good, but no one will dictate to us any position or idea… Therefore, let us think as Palestinians. Is $4B a year enough or too much for the US to pay to protect America's only true ally in the Middle East? That's the figure Israel is requesting from the US Administration for our defense and military assistance.
Do the math with me and figure it out for yourself if that is cheap or expensive. The US military budget is $600B a year. If you divide that sum by the 36 European (NATO) and Asian (SEATO) countries that America protects that's $17B in US aid for each.
Israel gets only $3.5B right now, and we don't ask for American soldiers, sailors, or airmen to be stationed here as they are in Europe and the Far East. Based in these statistics, America gets a pretty cheap deal with Israel in the front line, and bearing the brunt, of both Islamic terror and a Muslim region suffering catastrophic bloodshed and destruction that is looking to extend its reach into Europe and America.
This is a great deal for the US, since Israel is required to spend most of the money on US Military equipment. This has the effect of providing more jobs for US defense contractors. It works for both sides. 4B is a bargain. (It is like a back-door government subsidy to the US military industry!)
We should add into the figure of $4 billion the many benefits the US gets from Israeli medical, scientific, cyber security and agricultural developments and innovations which Israel shares with them.
The Obama Administration is being short-sighted in insisting that Israel has to spend every dime of the agreed sum in America. It is short-sighted because a deal of the money needs to go to the superior military technology produced in Israel that, at the end of the day, is ultimately beneficial to the US military and its industry. Don't forget that we are not only the pilots but the test pilots using the equipment supplied by the US-Israel defense budget deal.
Israel needs to wean itself off of US aid. The US gives Israel money to buy US products. Then, Israel is not free to select the best military systems, only what the US is willing to sell.
I remember the "good old days" of that notorious anti-Semite Richard Nixon who still had Israel's back because he knew it was in the best interests of the United States to support the only freedom-loving country in the Middle East. It shouldn't even matter if Obama or any other American President harbours a hatred for Jews and Israel. It's STILL in America's best interests to be as closely aligned with Israel as we are with Canada and other countries.
The US, my country, ought to stop all funding of HAMAS and start giving double or triple the money to Israel! She will be attacked before we will. Even if she were not our friend (because she's not this administration's friend), it's in our national security interest to ensure Israel has everything she needs!
Time to cut the umbilical cord! Israel must start buying the best French, British, Chinese or Russian technology. Improve it, as Israel has done with most of American weaponry, and turf out the enemy ‘squatters’ of Jewish land.
