The Shamrak Report: Annex Judea and Samaria Now and more..

by David Israel
Transport Minister Bezalel Smotrich sent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a letter suggesting the proper Israeli response to the unjustified attack on Israel by the ICC prosecutor would be to annex the Jordan Valley, after the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Fatou Bensouda, announced last Friday that she wants to launch a full investigation into war crimes in the territories of Judea and Samaria and Gaza.
Let s pause for a moment to explain the relatively modern term Lawfare. A blend of the words law and warfare, Lawfare is a form of war consisting of the use of the legal system against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, tying them up in endless court maneuvers, and winning a public relations victory...
A US Air Force judge named Charles J. Dunlap, Jr., suggested in the early 2000s that lawfare was the exploitation of real, perceived, or even orchestrated incidents of law-of-war violations being employed as an unconventional means of confronting a superior military power.
There is no doubt in any decent man or woman s mind that the collaboration between the Palestinian Authority and Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, with the latter guiding, even grooming the former in the art of lawfare against a superior foe, fits every part of Dunlap s definition. It is an attack without foundation in the law... (Israel must set Zionist objectives and implement themOur Jew-hating enemies use any trick in the book to distract us from reaching our national goals!)
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cancels a meeting of an inter-ministerial team intended to discuss the annexation of the Jordan Valley, following the International Criminal Court's decision to launch a probe into alleged Israeli war crimes against the Palestinians. As usual, with another election due to take place March 2, the Prime Minister is believed to have intended to double down on his promise. (Baseless Anti-Semitic accusations against Israel will never end. They must not stop Jews from achieving our dreams!)

The promise to annex parts of the West Bank that, Netanyahu have has made, was nothing but a cynical pre-election ploy, which he has no intention to keep! After so many years of his spineless leadership, the regularity of rocket attacks from Gaza and terror attacks in Judea and Samaria has become normal facts of life in Israel. No other self-respecting country would tolerate this! The Political political cowardness of Netanyahu and his unwillingness to make tough decisions in order to reunite Jewish land - by relocating enemy population from Judea, Samaria and Gaza prior to their annexation has become intolerable. He must step down and let Likud party to return to its Zionist values!
A number of Palestinian leaders have this week claimed Jesus as one of their own, but one went further, naming him as the first Islamic Shahid. Tawfiq Tirawi, a senior Palestinian leader and Fatah Central Committee member posted: This is blessed Christmas, The birthday of our lord Jesus the Messiah, the first Palestinian and the first Shahid (Islamic Martyr). (It is impossible to negotiate peace with delusional idiots !)
The Security Cabinet approved Defense Minister Naftali Bennett's proposal to deduct to withhold $43 million of tax funds from the Palestinians, saying the money has been used to promote violence. The sum represents funds that Israel says the Palestinians have used to pay the families of Palestinians who have been jailed or killed as a result of attacking Israel. ( Next step is to use the funds to compensate Jewish victims of terror, pay IDF for the cost of weapons used against Gaza rockets, incendiary balloons, rioters, and security in general!)
PA chairman, Mahmoud Abbas, says issuing a presidential decree for holding elections is dependent on whether they could be held also in Eastern Jerusalem. Parliamentary elections in the PA have not been held since 2006, when Hamas won an overwhelming majority. (Any excuse will do to not conduct an electionEastern Jerusalem is integral part of the capital of Israel!)
After delays, state gives go ahead for test of Leviathan gas rig. The Leviathan extraction platform had been set to perform an initial test of its systems. The test is a key step before the new rig, 10 kilometers (six miles) offshore, can begin pumping natural gas out of the Leviathan field in the Mediterranean, which is expected to transform Israel into an energy powerhouse.
Australia opposes the International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda s decision to investigate alleged war crimes by Israel and the Palestinians, joining the US in speaking out against the probe. Australia does not recognize a Palestinian state and therefore does not see it as party to the Rome Statute, the agreement leading to the ICC's formation!
Founder of Egyptian publishing house sentenced to five years in prison for distributing an Arabic version of a novel about a spy for Israel. The publisher was accused of having "divulged military secrets". The novel entitled "The Egyptian Spy Who Saved Israel", by Israeli writer Uri Bar-Joseph, portrays Ashraf Marwan, the son-in-law of former Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser, as a spy for the Jewish state.
Mergers and acquisitions (M&As) of Israeli technology companies totaled $9.9 billion in 2019, a 102% increase year-over-year. The average deal size in 2019 was $124 million, an increase of 53% compared to last year's average of $81 million. The computing and software sector continued to lead in terms of deals, totaling $4.5 billion, followed by the internet sector and the semiconductor sector respectively.
A group of 58 Members of Jordanian Parliament are pushing for an urgent legislative initiative to repeal the agreement in which Israel will supply gas to the Hashemite Kingdom. Natural gas will flow from the Israeli Leviathan offshore field to the Jordanian electric company s facilities. The agreement was signed in 2016 for 15 years, during which Noble Energy will provide 45 billion cubic meters worth $10 billion. (The Jordanian MPs do not reject the free water they receive from Israel every year.)
UN releases an unprecedented report linking anti-Semitism to BDS movement - "the objectives, activities and effects of the Boycott Divestment Sanctions (BDS) movement are fundamentally anti-Semitic. The report also recommends that all member states adopt the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance working definition of anti-Semitism. So far, 18 of them have done so. (WOW - Even the 'Ugly Nazi' had to recognise this!)
Quote of the Week:
"There can be no voluntary agreement between us and the Palestine Arabs.  Not now, nor in the prospective future.  I say this with such conviction, not because I want to hurt the moderate Zionists.  I do not believe that they will be hurt. Except for those who were born blind, they realised long ago that it is utterly impossible to obtain the voluntary consent of the Palestine Arabs for converting "Palestine" from an Arab country into a country with a Jewish majority... It is incredible what political simpletons Jews are.  They shut their eyes to one of the most elementary rules of life, that you must not 'meet halfway' those who do not want to meet you." - Zev Zabotinsky, in 1941, "THE ETHICS OF THE IRON WALL" He truly wanted to live in peace with Arab neighbours, but realized that it was and still impossible. Our enemies view Jewish value of life as a weakness. It is time to realise that they respect strong adversary ! Israel can achieve peace with Arab/Muslims states only by decisive victory!
Why is Turkey still a Member of NATO?
1. Turkey is offering a reward of $1.75 million for information leading to the capture of Fatah strongman Mohammed Dahlan. Formerly an elected member of the Fatah central committee, Dahlan is a fierce foe of the Iranian-backed Hamas terrorist organization that rules Gaza. Hamas terrorist organization that rules Gaza which has also forged close ties with Turkey s president, and has established an international headquarters in Istanbul. (Helping Hamas fight its enemies!)
2. Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan has threatened to close two US nuclear bases over Senate s Armenian Genocide Vote! (Turkey did not allow the US army to enter Iraq from the North at the beginning of the last war in 2003!)
3. The Turkish government is hosting Hamas terrorists on its soil and permitting them to plan terror attacks on Israeli targets. Hamas first set up its so-called West Bank and Jerusalem Headquarters in Istanbul in 2011, following its expulsion from Damascus. (Hamas is recognized as a terrorist organization by the US!)
4. Turkey is ready to send troops to Libya , President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, after Ankara and Tripoli's internationally recognised government signed a security deal, which provides for a quick reaction force if requested by Tripoli.
5. Turkey Attacking Kurds in Syria. Kurdish fighters in northern Syria have served as a crucial US ally in the fight against the Islamic State.
6: Turkey has purchased a Russian antiaircraft system S-400 . That could be used to get radar signatures of advanced US aircraft, such as the F-35, so those signatures can be used against the aircraft. Turkey has been dropped from the F-35 program.
