The sign in the middle of the cartoon says "Opium for the Masses". The extreme Left Ha'aretz newspaper wasn't complimenting Moshe Feiglin. However, they seem to understand that there is an intrinsic connection between Moshe Feiglin's push for the legalization of medical marijuana and his struggle for the Temple Mount. Both are expressions of liberty.
