MK Moshe Feiglin on Israel’s ‘Meet the Press’ Outlines New Party Goals

In a television interview on Israel’s ‘Meet the Press’ this week, MK Moshe Feiglin explained that his new party, which will not be running in the upcoming elections, will strive to actualize the principles of a truly Jewish State in the Land of Israel. It will be built very carefully and deeply.

According to Feiglin, the party will include the Ultra-Orthodox , the secular and everyone in-between. It will be a party for a modern, liberty-based Nation of Israel. On the socioeconomic level, that may include establishing a bank that does not charge interest, as per Jewish principles. On the diplomatic/security front, it means exercising Jewish sovereignty in all parts of our Land. It belongs to no one else.
“We plan to register Jews of the Diaspora in our new party, as well,” said Feiglin. “Even though these Jews have not yet made aliyah, they will be tied to Israel as their Land and already be members of a political party, with the right to vote in the party primaries. Our holistic message applies to all strata of Jewish society,” Feiglin concluded.
