Netanyahu blasts PA chairman Abbas, after PA leader denounces President Trump, claims Israel is a European 'colonial' project.
Mahmoud Abbas’ scathing speech was mostly a gift to the Israeli Zionists who wants one big Jewish state. The Palestinian president is making it clear that he’s not a partner, that he refuses to recognize the Jews’ right to self-determination and that he is trapped in hallucinations, illusions and lies.
Abbas opened the two-day meeting in Ramallah, slamming President Donald Trump during his address, as well as demanding the UK renounce the 1917 Balfour Declaration, and condemning the State of Israel as a “colonial” project by Europe intended to maintain European control over the Middle East.
“Israel is a colonial project with no connection whatsoever to the Jews,” claimed Abbas.
The PA chairman called President Trump’s December 6th recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital a “slap in the face” to the PA, warning that the PA “will slap back”.
“We won’t take orders from anyone,” said Abbas. “We told Trump we will never accept his (peace) plan. His ‘deal of the century’ is the slap in the face of the century, and we will not accept it.”
“I saw his tweet which said that ‘We will not give aid to the Palestinians because they refuse to relaunch negotiations’,” Abbas continued, cursing the president in Arabic, “May your house be destroyed.”
Abbas also claimed that the Oslo Accords, which established the PA and have served as the basis of Israel’s relationship with the PA for a quarter century, had been terminated by Israel.
"I am saying that Oslo, there is no Oslo," said Abbas. "Israel ended Oslo." (Why don’t those ‘sensitive’ and ‘caring’ liberals call Abbas mentally unstable and an anti-Semite? There are more reasons to do so!)
Vice President Mike Pence put Egyptian and Jordanian leaders on immediate notice to stop fighting President Donald Trump’s Palestinian policy and his decision to relocate the US embassy to Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Pence warned President Abdel-Fatteh El-Sisi and King Abdullah that, if they wanted to keep their good relations with President Trump and benefit from US economic and military assistance, they had better desist from their anti-Trump rhetoric…

I am not against Arabs, Christians, and even Muslims. I am just pro-Jewish and support Zionism – Jewish national independence movement! Israel can easily stop terror and change the future by recognising and resolving mistakes of the past.

Israel to construct 64 km subterranean wall to prevent Hamas tunneling into its territory. Five concrete factories along the border are dedicated entirely to the enormous barrier. Israeli teams work six days a week, extending the underground wall by around 30ft (9 m) a day.
After apology, Israel has paid $5 million in compensation to the families of two people shot dead by an Israeli embassy guard last year, as well as a Jordanian judge killed in a 2014 incident. (Where is Israel’s self-respect? It was an accident during an act of self-defense! How much do Arab states pay to Jewish victims of Islamic terror, which Muslim states support?)
A Gazan family said it had killed one of its relatives. The family of Ahmed Barhoum said it had shot him in the city of Rafah after they were told by Hamas that he had helped Israel track down and kill three senior Hamas terrorists. (In fear of Hamas they committed a ‘honour’ killing!)
Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon wielded his authority and withheld payments from funds transferred to the Palestinian Authority for the purpose of paying court expenses to collaborators with Israel who sued the Palestinian Authority. (What about compensation for Jewish victims of 'Palestinian' terror or paying unpaid water, electricity and medical bills to Israel?)
The European Union remained silent on PA President Mahmoud Abbas’s controversial address in which he accused Europe of having exploited its Jews for a “colonial project.” “Our policy is not to comment on comments,” an EU spokesperson said. “However, the EU reiterates its firm commitment to the two-state solution and to its existing, longstanding policies. A negotiated two-state solution, which fulfils the aspirations of both sides, is the only realistic way of bringing the lasting peace and security that both Israelis and Palestinians deserve.” (First of all, neither side wants it - far from "aspirations"! How do "Palestinians deserve" it? It has never been a "realistic way"! Jew-haters never have a problem making anti-Israel "comments"!)
Arab nations condemned the US UNRWA funding cut, but stay mum on making up the difference! In 2017, the US total contribution to UNRWA was $355 million. This year, the US originally announced that it was cutting down this figure, to $125 million total.
Israeli high-tech start-up companies raised a record $5.24 billion in 2017, an increase of nine percent over the previous year. The sum was raised in just 620 deals, compared to a total of $4.83 billion raised in 673 deals in 2016.
$65 Million Step in the Right Direction
The Trump administration informed the UN Relief and Works Agency that it was cutting tens of millions of dollars in aid to the organization. Only $60 million in US assistance to the UN body for now, as opposed to cutting all aid outright. But the remaining pledge - $65 million - has been withheld “for future consideration.” (UNRWA must be closed! Subsidising of fake refugees must end!)
The Housing and Construction minister Yoav Galant says Israel must renew momentum of Jewish settlement in north and south amid massive illegal Bedouin construction. He held a ceremony to mark the launch of a strategic plan for the construction of 40,000 housing units in the Negev and the Galilee as part of the realization of the Zionist vision.
The PLO Executive Committee was directed to “revoke recognition of Israel until it recognizes the State of Palestine on the 1967 borders and reverses the decision to annex East Jerusalem and expand settlements.” The Council rejected any recognition of Israel as a Jewish state. The Central Council renewed its decision to stop security coordination in all its forms. It made it abundantly clear that the leadership headed by the PA leader Mahmoud Abbas has no interest whatsoever in peace, let alone direct negotiations with or recognition of the Jewish State of Israel.
QUOTE of the WEEK:
“Success does not consist in never making mistakes, but in never making the same one the second time.” - George Bernard Shaw – For how long is Israel going to pretend that Arabs and so-called Palestinians want peace, and how long will Israel tolerate terror, as well as international humiliation? The Jewish state needs to decisively reunite Jewish ancestral land – only then will Eretz-Israel gain due respect from international bigots!
(Relocation the enemy population to Sinai is another option)
...For many years, UNWRA has been a powerful political sponsor of any Palestinian group willing to join the “struggle” against Israel. Its personnel were flush with the funds paid in as dues by UN members, unlike the often cash-strapped Palestinian Authority in Ramallah. Trump therefore decided that the key to getting the US-Arab peace plan on its feet would be to cut off the flow of cash to its opponents. It is a little-known fact that he was joined in this endeavour by the Saudis, the Emiratis and even Qatar, all of whom started some weeks ago to staunch aid funds to the Palestinian Authority. The Palestinian Authority and its chairman Mahmoud Abbas therefore find they are being squeezed into an US-Arab blockade, which leaves Abbas with three options:
- To realize his back is to the wall and he has no option other than to accept the “deal of the century.”
- Face being ousted by the rest of the Palestinian leadership and replaced with a successor who is amenable to reaching an understanding with the Trump administration, Cairo, Riyadh, and Abu Dhabi.
- Regress to Yasser Arafat’s doctrine of armed struggle – not just against Israel this time but against US targets as well. Abbas indicated that was on the warpath when he challenged President Trump in a ferocious speech he delivered in Cairo Wednesday, Jan 17. He shouted, “Jerusalem would be a gate for peace only when it was the capital of Palestine. But it is also a gate for war, insecurity and instability, if not. Trump must choose.”
His barefaced ultimatum to the US president was accompanied by a rumor his cronies began to circulate, charging that the Trump administration was plotting to forcibly depose Abbas as PA chairman. The Palestinian leader finds himself tied down by two handicaps: shortage of funds for buying supporters and his advanced age. At 82, he may choose a fourth option, to retire voluntarily and make way for a younger leader. (We have already seen the transition from Arafat to Abbas. A new leadership will change nothing for the better! A new leader will be corrupt, as all of them, and even more aggressive.)
