Moshe Feiglin: Terror Attack on Temple Mount No Surprise

In last Friday’s terror attack on the Temple Mount, Arab citizens of Israel murdered Druze citizens of Israel in the place most holy to the Jewish citizens of Israel (and to all Jews worldwide). And the Jews were not even there.

This terror attack was no surprise. When Jews ascend to the Temple Mount, Judaism’s most sacred site, they are subjected to a thorough search to ensure that they are not bringing any type of Jewish prayer book or religious item to the Mount Arabs are allowed to enter with no security check. In other words, this was a terror attack waiting to happen. It was only a matter of time until somebody would use a weapon brought to the Temple Mount to shoot at the police forces or other Jews there.
