The Shamrak Report: UNRWA Artificially Extends Its Mandate and more..

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) was created in December 1948 as a temporary agency to handle shelter, medical assistance and education for the roughly 700,000 Arabs (actual number of displaced Arabs, who left Israel to facilitate genocide of Jews by advancing Muslim armies, was 460,000, but it almost doubled when the UN offered free assistance to fake refugees) who left what became Israel. Over seventy years later it continues to artificially extend its mandate.
UNRWA s term was to end at the earliest practicable date, as outlined in UN General Assembly Resolution 194 which stated in article 11:
  RESOLVES that the refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for the property of those choosing not to return and for loss of or damage to property which, under principles of international law or in equity, should be made good by the Governments or authorities responsible;
INSTRUCTS the Conciliation Commission to facilitate the repatriation, resettlement and economic and social rehabilitation of the refugees and the payment of compensation, and to maintain close relations with the Director of the United Nations Relief for Palestine Refugees and, through him, with the appropriate organs and agencies of the United Nations;
In December 1949 the UN General Assembly issued Resolution 302 which built upon the nature of UNRWA while also making clear the desire to end its existence quickly as stated in article 5...
But in a pivot of mental gymnastics, UNRWA now claims that its mandate will continue until a Palestinian state is established:
  UNRWA must continue to operate in fulfillment of its UN mandate until a durable and just solution to the Palestine refugee issue is found in accordance with international law and relevant UN resolutions, including UN General Assembly resolution 194, and within the context of a comprehensive solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict on the basis of the two-state solution. (Their definition of a just solution is the elimination of Israel and creation of another Islamic state!)
UNRWA s original mission was to help displaced people until they returned to their homes or were compensated. No longer! ( UNRWA is the only UN refugee agency dedicated to one specific groupIt is dedicated to maintaining status quo, not resettlement of people it supposed to help!)
Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
Have you noticed that there is almost no news about Israel for at least two months? Even the formation of a unity government is grossly under-reported! It proves again that fake Palestinians are not so important to anti-Semitic bigots of the international media, who have been trying to convince and brain-wash the public otherwise! They found another subject, COVID-19, to endlessly manipulate and intimidate people. It will not last long soon it will be back to normal ! Suddenly, important issues, we were subjected to continuous pounding for years and not just Palestinians , such as - global warming, Rohingya and African refugees, war in Syria, threat to Hong Kong democracy from China& have been discarded and conveniently forgotten!

MK May Golan (Likud) has submitted a Knesset bill for the application of Israeli law in the Jordan Valley, northern Dead Sea area, and Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. MK Golan said, "This is an area that is a political, security, and economic asset, and there are thousands of Zionist Israelis and true pioneers who are an integral part of the State of Israel (there)... The bill is intended to rectify the existing situation and end all historical injustice..." (This is an important step toward ending occupation of the Jewish land by the enemies!)
International Criminal Court has invented a Palestinian state'. The Prosecutor s disregard for the opinions of some of the world s leading experts on international law points to her determination to harm the State of Israel and tarnish its name. In the name of this objective she has reformulated the rules of international law, inventing a Palestinian state while the Israeli-Palestinian peace process has yet to be concluded said Israel s Minister, Yuval Steinitz. Steinitz went on to say that Bensouda s ruling Thursday that the Palestinian Authority can be regarded as a state for the purposes of legal standing to file a petition with the ICC ignored the rules of international law and effectively invented a Palestinian state despite the fact that no final status agreement on the issue of Palestinian statehood.
The Arab League said on Thursday that an Israeli proposal to apply sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria constituted a "new war crime" against the (fake) Palestinians. The Arab League also urged the United States to "withdraw its support in enabling the plans of the occupying Israeli government". The Palestinian Authority (PA) has expressed outrage over the coalition agreement. Saeb Erekat said Annexation means the end of any possibility for a negotiated solution. It is an international responsibility to hold the new Israeli government accountable and to demand full implementation of its obligations under international law and signed agreements. (The PA never respected any agreements it has signed with Israel and have not been willing to negotiate with Israel for yearsThey have never stated what international laws Israel is violating - just slander!)
A group of 10 European ambassadors - Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Deputy Ambassador of the EU, led by the UK, gave a formal protest to Israel on Thursday and stressed that annexation of parts of Judea and Samaria would destabilize the region and harm Israel s standing in the international community. (When traditional Jew-haters and the Arab enemies of Israel are angry at the same time, it means Israel is going to do something right, for a change!)
Arab MKs from the Joint Arab List began yelling and screaming uncontrollably when San Remo Conference was mentioned in Knesset during 100-year-anniversary of the Conference, which declared a Jewish National Homeland for the Jewish people. The Arabs didn t accept the decision for a Jewish homeland in 1920, not in 1947, not in 1948, not in 1967, and they don t accept a Jewish homeland now either, a hundred years later even as they sit in the Knesset in the Jewish state. (They are enemies within and must be dealt with as their terrorist brothers, fake Palestinians n in Ramallah and Gaza!)
The US would support Israeli annexation in the West Bank, but only if such a step was executed within the context of the Trump peace plan, a US Jerusalem Embassy spokesperson clarified to reporters. The US position that Israeli sovereignty can be applied to West Bank settlements only within the context of the plan has been consistent since US President Donald Trump first unveiled his peace plan in January! (Sometimes even a good friend is not quite a genuine true one.)
Mahmoud Abbas has threatened to dissolve the Palestinian Authority if the Netanyahu-Gantz government annexes one inch of the Judea and Samaria. By breaking up the PA, Abbas intends to saddle Israel with the administration and care for all civic needs of two million of Arab residents health, water, economy, jobs etc. The Likud leader s rotating premiers government deal with Blue-White leader Benny Gantz has a clause authorizing Netanyahu to table an annexation bill in Knesset from July 1. (Good! All terrorists, who were allowed to come after the Oslo Accords, must be removed from the Jewish land first! This will be good opportunity to start implementation of the Sinai Option!)
Germany outlawed all of Hezbollah activities within the Federal Republic, boosting the chances of a European-wide ban on the US-designated Lebanese terrorist entity. German police also raided four Hezbollah-controlled mosque associations in Berlin, Dortmund, Bremen and Münster. "Hezbollah openly calls for the violent elimination of the State of Israel and questions the right of the State of Israel to exist," said the Interior Ministry in a statement. (It took a while to do the right thing at least, they have done it!)
Yair Lapid apparently doesn t want his former coalition partner Benny Gantz to become prime minister. With the vote of his faction, Lapid at any time could help annul the law that safeguards the Netanyahu-Gantz power-sharing deal and bring down the government, leading to new elections. Any time Bibi wants to stop the rotation, all he has to do is come to me and say that he wants to return the laws to how they were before, and I will say yes, Lapid said.
A US State Department spokesperson said that the United States remains ready to recognize Israel s annexation of territory in the West Bank, but expects Israel to continue negotiations with the Palestinians. However, this support would be in the context of the government of Israel agreeing to negotiate with the Palestinians along the lines set forth in President Trump s vision. The Palestinians have refused to negotiate with the Trump administration. (Why would fake Palestinians negotiate with IsraelThis is another convoluted political game the US plays at Israel's expense!)
Quote of the Week:
And (mention, O Muhammad), when Moses said to his people, "O my people, remember the favor of Allah upon you when He appointed among you prophets and made you possessors and gave you that which He had not given anyone among the worlds. O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah (G-d) has assigned to you and do not turn back (from fighting in Allah's cause) and (thus) become losers. They said, "O Moses, indeed within it is a people of tyrannical strength, and indeed, we will never enter it until they leave it; but if they leave it, then we will enter." Quran, 5:20-22 Jews did enter the Holy Land, as they were told by God Therefore, even according to Quran and teaching of Muhammad, Muslims must recognise the uniqueness of Jewish ownership of the Land of Eretz-Israel the Holy Land !
Mentality of the Former Masters.
by Steven Shamrak.
The following communication reveals the deep-seated hatred of the master toward the former slaves. This attitude and twisted mentality toward Israel and Jews can be easily observed in the behavior of the French, Russians, Turks& and even some Americans. These former rulers of the Jewish people appear unable to accept Jews as equals; thus, they are incapable of taking an objective view on the Arab-Israel conflict and allowing Israel a free hand in dealing with her enemies. They are not willing to accept Jews, nor are they able to accept Israel as a free and equal nation. They have been doing everything possible to sabotage and minimize our successes both before and since Israel declared her independence.
Unfortunately, many Jews are still not ready to be free. We must stop bowing down to those self-centered, egotistical, puffed-up idiots who still think that they are the rulers of the world. We have no choice but to truly accept our freedom which is long overdue! We have to start doing what is right for Jews first - right now!
I recently received an email from a Turkish man who is on my mailing list. His correspondence started with a semi-polite assertion, saying that Israel s aggression is the cause of Arab antagonism and terror. The following is an extract of the communication after my initial reply:
Turkish Friend :  Mr. Shamrak, all I can say is you are impossible man (because I stood up to his initial non-factual, anti-Israel conjectures), now I can understand why you will never have peace on Middle East& I am proud of who I am and what I am. We are the conquerors  (Turks), now somebody else is turn (it goes around). USA will go down sooner or later...
Reply: You wrote: "I am proud of who I am and what I am." - But, Jews must not?
Turkish Friend : Yes, I am proud, because we were never slaved to any nation, can you say the same thing? Just look at yourself in the mirror you will see the white wash.
Reply:  You wrote:  "we were never enslaved" You still are enslaving millions of Armenians and Kurds. You still deny the genocide of the Armenians in 1915.  You are not only denying freedom to the Kurds in Turkey, but invaded Northern Iraq not long ago (Syria now)  and have been killing them over there,  so do not preach morality to anyone, and in particular to the Jews!
Turkish Friend : People like you deserves what Hitler did . And now I understand why he did. Who knows may be it was a mistake saving you Jews from Spanish torture and killing. You have no morality.
Reply: I guess, this is an 'apology' for the genocide of up to 1.5 million of Armenians.  The genocide that opened the door to the Holocaust!  If you want to see the face of evil, please, look in the mirror at any time.
I have received no more messages from him. Anti-Semitic bigots do not like hear facts of their own historic and even current cruelty toward others! They only like and able to deal with subservient Jews!
