The Shamrak Report: Israel Must Act on Iran Now and more..

by Alex Fishman

As Tehran moves to reinvigorate its nuclear program and (there is a chance that) a new (Israel unfriendly) US administration taking office in January, Jerusalem must formulate its own red lines and decide whether to pursue a diplomatic or a military avenue.

Direct military action against the Iranian nuclear project is back on the table, as it was in 2011... Israel is still not at the stage of pulling the trigger in such an endeavour, but is rapidly approaching the point of no return.

In March, the Israeli Navy intercepted the cargo ship Victoria which was carrying a long list of advanced weapons that were smuggled from Iran and were allegedly bound for the militant organizations operating in the Gaza Strip.

Two days after the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the Iranian parliament passed a series of measures essentially cancelling restrictions it agreed to under the 2015 nuclear deal...

The decisions include enrichment of uranium to 20 percent, an increase in the total amount of enriched uranium to 500kg a year and a reboot of thousands of centrifuges at the Natanz facility in the next three months.

The new legislation, which calls for the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization to resume some of its work in the military-nuclear sphere, should have been a huge red flag for Israel.

President Donald Trump... could decide to attack Iran if it follows through on the measures approved by parliament. Israel for its part, must decide on its own red lines regarding Iran's resumption of its military-nuclear project!

Food for Thought. by Steven Shamrak
The 'Ugly Nazi' and its predecessor the League of Nations have never cared about Jewish refugees - not before WW2, nor after, and definitely not about 850,000 Jews, who fled Arab/Muslims states! At the same time, number of 260,000 so-called Palestinian refugees was inflated, and international anti-Semites are still happily 'sustaining' their existence!

"Full Force" Could Mean Killing!
Mahmoud Abbas reiterated the PA policy that prohibits selling land to Israelis or Israel and the severity of consequences for those that violate this policy. PA laws prohibit Palestinians from selling Palestinian-owned lands to any man or judicial body of Israeli citizenship . In 2014, Abbas issued a decree amending the land law penal code from temporary forced labor to life imprisonment and forced labor.

Trump Factor Strikes Again
Normalization between Israel and Morocco is brokered by the Trump administration it is the fourth such deal with a Muslim nation in the last four months! Reaction from UN diplomats seemed mostly muted on a day when the UN seemed more concerned with condemning Israel in the General Assembly than it seemed to be with the historic announcement.

Iran Rules out Renegotiating Nuclear Deal
The Iranian government on Tuesday ruled out the possibility of renegotiating its 2015 nuclear deal with world powers, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). US President Donald Trump withdrew from the Iran nuclear agreement in May of 2018 and reimposed sanctions on the Islamic Republic. President-elect Joe Biden, however, has expressed a desire to re-join the deal if Iran returned to compliance with it. (In short, Iran will have a nuclear bomb soon if nothing is done about it!)

The End of the Netanyahu Era is Long Overdue!
Gideon Sa'ar, the leading rival of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu inside the ruling Likud party, announced he was quitting Likud and creating a new Zionist party called Tikvah Hadashah (New Hope), ahead of elections expected early next year, with the aim of unseating and replacing Binyamin Netanyahu. He accused Likud of descending into a tool in the service of the prime minister s personality cult. First poll after Gideon Sa'ar formed of the new party shows him in third place with 17 seats, denying Netanyahu a majority. ( This is not the first time that leading members of Likud party are forced to leave the party due to inept non-Zionist policy and dictatorial style of Netanyahu! He has no Jewish national vision and needs to let others resume Likud's original Zionist ideological platform!)

Zionist Club is a Good Investment
Israel's Beitar Jerusalem soccer club, which has gained notoriety for its extremist fans and refusal to have an Arab player on its roster, announced on Monday that a member of the Emirati ruling family has purchased a 50% stake in the team. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, a member of the United Arab Emirates royal family, has pledged to invest 300 million shekels, or about $90 million, into the club over the next decade.

'Ugly Nazi' Wants to Disarm Israel!
The United Nations General Assembly called on Israel to renounce possession of nuclear weapons in a 153-6 vote, with 25 abstentions. Last year the same resolution (as a part of the annual Israel bashing routine) passed 152-6, with 24 abstentions. The six countries that opposed the resolution were: Canada, Israel, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau and the United States. Israel is presumed to be one of the world s nine nuclear powers, but it has never admitted to the possession of nuclear weapons. The Palestinian Authority was among the sponsors of this non-proliferation resolution, as were Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. (It does not look that so-called normalization has changed anything in Arab states true attitude toward Israel!)

Quote of the Week:
The miracle of Hanukkah is the miracle of Israel. The descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob have endured unthinkable persecution and oppression. But no force has ever crushed your spirit, and no evil has ever extinguished your faith. That is why the Jewish people shine as a light to all nations. And right now, I m thinking about what's going on and the love that's all over Israel and all about Jerusalem. - US President Donald Trump, at Hanukkah Party in the White House

Annex Judea and Samaria Now!
by David Israel

Transport Minister Bezalel Smotrich sent Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a letter suggesting the proper Israeli response to the unjustified attack on Israel by the ICC prosecutor would be to annex the Jordan Valley, after the Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Fatou Bensouda, announced last Friday that she wants to launch a full investigation into war crimes in the territories of Judea and Samaria and Gaza.

Let s pause for a moment to explain the relatively modern term Lawfare. A blend of the words law and warfare, Lawfare is a form of war consisting of the use of the legal system against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, tying them up in endless court maneuvers, and winning a public relations victory...

A US Air Force judge named Charles J. Dunlap, Jr., suggested in the early 2000s that lawfare was the exploitation of real, perceived, or even orchestrated incidents of law-of-war violations being employed as an unconventional means of confronting a superior military power.

There is no doubt in any decent man or woman s mind that the collaboration between the Palestinian Authority and Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda, with the latter guiding, even grooming the former in the art of lawfare against a superior foe, fits every part of Dunlap s definition. It is an attack without foundation in the law... (Israel must set Zionist objectives and implement them! Our Jew-hating enemies use any trick in the book to distract us from reaching our national goals!)

Bibi once again is controlled by fear
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cancels a meeting of an inter-ministerial team intended to discuss the annexation of the Jordan Valley, following the International Criminal Court s decision to launch a probe into alleged Israeli war crimes against the Palestinians. As usual, with another election due to take place March 2, the Prime Minister is believed to have intended to double down on his promise. (Baseless Anti-Semitic accusations against Israel will never end. They must not stop Jews from achieving our dreams!)
