The Shamrak Report: US Interfering in the Israel Politics and more...

US Interfering in the Israel Politics
by Lahav Harkov

The US will push back against any Israeli attempts to annex parts of Judea and Samaria (aka the West Bank), US Ambassador Tom Nides warned as the Religious Zionist Party has demanded steps in that direction in coalition talks. Our position is quite clear: We do not support annexation. We will fight any attempt to do so, which is by the way the position of most of the Arab countries, Nides said.

Nides'  comments come as Religious Zionist Party leader Bezalel Smotrich demanded that Israeli settlements be governed by the relevant ministries, rather than the IDF's Civil Administration, as part of the next coalition agreement (a step towards annexation).

As for reports that the Biden administration plans to snub Itamar Ben-Gvir, the far-right Religious Zionist MK likely to become a minister in the next Israeli cabinet, Nides said: I m not going to make draconian statements that I'm not going to talk to anyone Left or Right. Nides said he wants to have a strong and close relationship with the new government and presumptive prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu. (What if somebody else become Israel's PM?)

The US State Department also has a 'problem' with Itamar Ben-Gvir, head of Otzma Yehudit party, as spokesperson for the US State Department called the participation of Otzma Yehudit head Itamar Ben-Gvir at a memorial for the late far-right Israeli politician Meir Kahane "abhorrent". "We remain concerned by the legacy of Kahane and the continued use of rhetoric among violent right-wing extremists," added Price. "We've condemned incitement, we've condemned violence and racism in all of its forms. (What about terrorism and violence that has been committed by fake people, Palestinians, against Jews in Israel, and even the US? Kahane was a radical Zionist, but not a racist. How would the US administration and political elite react if Israel began stating its preferences for a political party or candidates before and after the US elections?)

Political Hypocrisy vs Zionism
Herzog warns Shas party about Ben-Gvir
President Isaac Herzog was heard at the end of the live broadcast of his meeting with representatives of the Shas party warning them against partnering with Otzma Yehudit chairman MK Itamar Ben-Gvir in the upcoming government. (This is understandable when the anti-Semitic world is against a Zionist, portraying him as an extremist. When it is done by a Jew, regardless of his position, it is despicable)

At the same time, Herzog Declared Publicly:
"It is no secret that I have always believed, and still believe, in unity; but contrary to reports, I have not worked, nor am I working, to push for the establishment of any particular government, and I am not involved in its composition or size. I leave that task to the political system, and to it alone."

Food for Thought
by Steven Shamrak
It is not surprising, actually predictable, that international anti-Semites are trying to discredit hope of Jewish people to live in peace on reunited Jewish ancestral land, by calling Zionism - the Jewish independence movement - and Jewish Zionist political parties "far-right". More disappointing is that many Jewish news publications are doing, mindlessly or opportunistically, the same.

No Government this Week
Benjamin Netanyahu backed off from presenting a government this week. Netanyahu hopes to present his new government on Tuesday when the 25th Knesset is sworn in. The six parties or factions recommending that Netanyahu receive the mandate were Likud, Shas, United Torah Judaism (UTJ), the Religious Zionist Party (RZP), Otzma Yehudit and Noam. However, during their meetings with the Likud's coalition representatives, demands have emerged that will likely drag out the negotiations.

What is the Legal Opinion on Israeli 'Occupation'?
The UN's Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee) voted to approve a motion promoted by the Palestinian Authority to take the legality of Israel's "occupation" to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The proposal was approved with a majority of 98 countries that voted in favour, including Ukraine. ( t would be interesting to see how the ICJ will be able to dismiss the facts that all land of the Palestine mandate, including trans-Jordan, was designated to the creation of a Jewish state, and that Judea, Samaria and Gaza were recovered by Israel during a defensive war with the enemies, who occupied those them and did nothing to create a state for non-existing people. Anti-Semitic Ugly Nazi is still at its best)

When Enemies Serve in IDF.
A number of IDF soldiers were arrested by Israel Police following suspicion that they aided in the theft of some 70,000 bullets and 70 grenades from an Israeli military base in the Golan Heights. Police also arrested several suspects, ages ranging from their early 20s to late 30s, from the Bedouin town of Tuba-Zanghariya, in the North. The IDF is now examining the possibility that the thieves were given insider intelligence by the detained soldiers.

The Arab League and Israel Dilemma
The Arab League completely rejects any attempt by "normalisers" to form any kind of pro-Israel lobby within the organisation itself. However, such a lobby is now an established fact and it will force future summits to steer away from any condemnation of normalisation, in direct contravention of the Arab League's founding charter. The only way that the Palestinian cause was promoted in this latest Arab League summit was with Algeria's pledge to lead efforts to have the State of Palestine admitted as a full member of the UN. (Non-existing country of the fake people?)

New US Embassy Site Approved
The US embassy compound will include the embassy building, offices, faculty residences, parking lots, long-term parking, and security structures. This complex will be established in the former Allenby Camp, established by General Edmund Allenby who defeated the Ottomans and captured Jerusalem on the first day of Chanukah, December 9, 1917.
Arab MK Ahmad Tibi (Taal-Hadash) spoke proudly about his connection to the infamous terrorist leader Yasser Arafat. Tibi told the Knesset Channel: "I was honored to work with Arafat. A leader and symbol, who was welcomed at the White House, he was welcomed here too, and received a Nobel Prize." Otzma Yehudit chairman MK Itamar Ben Gvir replied: "Without blinking, Ahmad Tibi admitted that he worked for the arch-terrorist Yasser Arafat, that the Jewish blood that was spilled was part of the 'national struggle.' The time has come that we send him to Syria." MK Tibi did not hold back and answered Ben Gvir: "Let's go, Samson the Mighty, kick me out. You're in charge. Let's go send me/us to Syria. Nu Yallah. What are you waiting for? I'm here, waiting for you. And if you're not coming, then try to talk less. You're making a ton of noise." (He is right. Israel must grant his request and begin deporting enemies.)

Iran Stockpiling Highly Enriched Uranium
The IAEA report says Tehran now has 62.3 kilograms of uranium enriched to up to 60% fissile purity, which is a short step away from weapons-grade levels. That amounts to an increase of 6.7 kilograms since the IAEA s last report in September. Iran now has enough 60%-enriched uranium to reprocess into fuel, weapons-grade levels of 90%, for at least one nuclear bomb.

Quote of the Week:
Right now, we have almost no rights on the Temple Mount only because we're Jews. This is our Jewish State, we cannot accept the situation where a Muslim can go and pray and a Jew who prays will get arrested. We're a Jewish country and a democratic country. We cannot accept any of it anymore. - Tom Nisani, the Executive Director of Beyadenu Returning to the Temple Mount.
(When there is no self-respecting government in Israel to deal with the enemies, some people, in an act of desperation, come with this list of futile suggestions to create peace in Israel.)
Following the US and Israel elections: The following document will be submitted to the new US Congress & Israeli Knesset, Nov. 13, 2022.
Below is a list of doable steps that will make all the difference:
1. Recognize the new paradigm: Fatah can no longer be defined as a "partner for peace." (Never was)
2. Neutralize COGAT (Israel's Civil Administration), and its blind protection of the PA and UNRWA.
3. Present PA and UNRWA indoctrination as a primary factor in the war on Israel.
4. Since the PBC (Palestine Broadcasting Corporation) continues to incite, close all Israeli government frequencies used by the PBC.
5. Define PA and UNRWA schools as warlike entities that deserve no support.
6. Reinstate oversight of all texts and teachers in PA/UNRWA education.
7. Advocate the repeal of "Pay for Slay" legislation as a condition for aid
8. Disarm all Palestinian Arab entities, including the PSF, trained by US and Israel.
9 Arrest anyone who pays killers who have carried out acts of murder.
10. Encourage confiscat ion of all funds set aside by the PA to pay salaries for life to anyone who kills a Jew.
11. Organize a conference of the descendants of the Dalal Mugrabi 1978 terror attack, where 35 Jews were murdered. Dalal is lionized by the PA and in UNRWA education.
12. Advocate harsh conditions in jails for terrorists, because current terror cells have turned into summer camps and universities.
13. Commission new films of UNRWA and PA schools - seeing is believing
14. Oversee all funding to PA and UNRWA : Demand accountability for cash allocations to the PA and UNRWA. Hold all PA funders criminally responsible for PA transgressions (NGOs have no diplomatic immunity).
15. Create a new think-tank to monitor and fight Arab terror.
16 Hire a community organization social worker to create a new Arab health and social welfare system, one that is independent of the corrupt PA and UNRWA.
17. Transform "victims of terror" into an effective organization to present the human face of those who have suffered the consequences of Arab violence.
18. Launch an inquiry into private investments in the PA.
19. Foster an effort for UNRWA policy change - counter "Right of Return by Force of Arms". Instead, advance the resettlement of Arab refugees from 1948 and their descendants.
(Have those ideas worked so far? Only closing UNRWA's shop , and removing the enemies from the Jewish land will defeat the PLO and end anti-Semitic agenda of the Ugly Nazi . It will end terror against Jews in Israel, reunite Eretz-Israel, at least in Israel. Israel must stop caring what anti-Semites think about Jews they will never love us, at least, make them respect Jews. This is the fastest and more prudent way to put an end to international anti-Semitic travesty.)
