Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas and his Fatah organization have on numerous occasions threatened to walk away from the Palestinian Authority, which controls most of the Palestinian towns and cities in Judea and Samaria. The study concluded that if that would happen, better alternatives would be available to replace it...
If Israel were forced to take over the PA s activities, as it did before the 1993, it would manage to fund the move with the taxes it currently collects and forwards to the PA...
Brig. Gen. (res.) Amir Aviv said that Israel must be ready and have contingencies in place to deal with the possibility that the Palestinian Authority dissolves. There are better alternatives (to the PA's rule) that won t undermine Israel's interests and won't require it to rule the Palestinian people. (The best alternatives would be the removal of the hostile, terror-infested population from the Jewish land! For that to happen, Israel needs brave political leadership!)

For many years public opinion has been skewed by deliberate anti-Israel propaganda, toward the idea that there is no other solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict but the Two State Solution . International bigots in the UN, members of the so-called unbiased democratic press and even the governments of Israel are unwilling to recognize the existence of several alternatives. The Sinai Solution is one of them!
The Arab League rejected a Palestinian proposal condemning the normalization agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Although, the organization reaffirmed the 2002 Arab peace initiative, which conditions normalization with Jerusalem on complete withdrawal to pre-1967 borders, as the foundational basis for any future peace plan. (Although, they are still playing the game of two-state solution pretending that they care!)
The Trump administration gave the UAE a commitment during normalization negotiations that Washington would not recognize Israeli annexation of parts of the West Bank until 2024 at the earliest. Netanyahu has made clear he won't advance controversial move without US support. However, the sides have not formally provided an exact time-frame for how long the matter has been taken off the table .
On anniversary of signing of Oslo Accords, Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party - the dominant faction of the PLO and Palestinian Authority, marked it by praising intifada and calling for resistance (means terrorism). "We are inspired by the activities and instances of intifada of our people dating back to the 1920s," wrote Fatah on their official Facebook page (when Arabs unleashed pogroms against Jews in Palestine). Fatah's statement continued: "Our resistance (muqawama) is completely intertwined with all the lands of occupied Palestine, especially Jerusalem." (NO ISRAEL!)
Pressure building on Netanyahu to reveal the details of the agreement with the UAE. Demands are made that government ministers give the public details of the agreement, which was not presented to the government for approval and was been classified and with the details exclusively known to those in the Prime Minister s Office. Senior officials involved in working on the agreement argue that there is no legal obligation to bring the agreements to the Knesset before signing. (Isn't Israel a democracy?)
The European Union voiced "serious concern and regret" over Serbia's pledge to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv. Serbia and Kosovo which want to accede to the European Union - would be the first nations in Europe to follow Guatemala and the United States in relocating their Israeli embassies to Jerusalem. The potential move goes against the stance held by the EU. Any steps that could call into question the EU s common position on Jerusalem are a matter of serious concern and regret, said EU External Affairs Spokesman, Peter Stano. (In fact, EU has threatened Serbia and Kosovo to deny them membership over moving embassies to Jerusalem!)
Things have changed and we can t keep on doing things the old way, said the Emir Of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani. It is reported that he has instructed his aides to inform the Hamas that the continued flow of Qatari cash to the Gaza Strip s impoverished population was no longer guaranteed. The latest transfer of $30 million was not a policy, he warned, but a one-off. The terrorist group was given a stern caution by its Doha paymaster: The Americans and Israelis are not kidding around this time around, he said, adding for good measure: It does not seem as if Trump is going to lose the presidential elections. (Arab states submit to the new political reality!)
Trump has been added as a candidate for the prize in recognition of his role in brokering the soon-to-be signed Abraham Accords, normalizing relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. President Trump was nominated for the prize by Norwegian MP Christian Tybring-Gjedde. For his merit, I think he has done more trying to create peace between nations than most other Peace Prize nominees.
The resurgence of the use of incendiary balloons from Gaza has highlighted the failure of the security apparatus in stopping helium from getting into Gaza. MRI scanners have a liquid helium capacity in the order of 1700 liters that is equivalent to 1590 kg. In Gaza there are 5 or 6 MRI units. Thus, the total monthly supply of liquid helium to Gaza should not exceed if the MRI units are in operation be between 95 to 572kg, equivalent to filling between over 33,000 to 200,000 balloons per month!
A series of fires decimated the overcrowded Moria Refugee Camp on the Greek island of Lesbos, after 35 camp residents were diagnosed with the coronavirus and the camp was put in medical lockdown. Moria was teeming with more than 12,000 Syrian, Afghan and Iraqi refugees. Israeli non-governmental humanitarian organization IsraAID has provided medical, psychological and educational support for the last five years in the camp.

Senior White House adviser Jared Kushner said on Wednesday that the Trump administration s peace plan is an attempt to save the two-state solution because it stops Israel from further expanding its presence in the West Bank.
Kushner said the Trump plan presented in January this year was still on the table even though it had been rejected by the Palestinians...
The US plan would grant the Palestinians a state with restricted sovereignty in Gaza and in most of the West Bank, with additional land swaps from inside Israel, while allowing Israel to annex some 30 percent of the West Bank including all its settlements and the Jordan Valley, and to keep nearly all of East Jerusalem.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has campaigned since 2019 on a plan to annex parts of the West Bank, the Biblical Judea and Samaria , in coordination with the Trump administration. The US administration gave mixed signals about the idea in recent months, and the suspension of unilateral annexation plan was one of the main stated conditions of the August 13 Israel-UAE normalization agreement. Netanyahu has insisted annexation remains on the table.
Kushner also said that My fear for the Palestinians is that if they do what they re very good at doing, which is figure out how to not make a deal and play the victim card, then what s going to happen is, you know, more time is going to go by and the situation is just going to get worse and worse for them.
What we re seeing now in the Middle East is that the tide is really changing and countries are doing now what s in their best interests, Kushner said. Countries support the Palestinians, America supports the Palestinians, but people want to see a resolution that s a fair and proper resolution, and they re not going to hold back their own progress.
Every time a negotiation failed, Israel took more land and the Palestinians got more money from the international community. ( Nothing is wrong with that!)
We ve chosen not to chase them, but the moment that they re ready to engage, we believe that we have the ability to make a peace deal between them and Israel, Kushner said in a phone call with journalists. (So, after all, it is not a plan in interests of Israel and Jewish people! Israel is a sovereign country, and it is time to start behaving like one. Do what is good for the future of Jewish people - reunite Eretz-Israel!)
